When you order on-line , you can rest assured that your credit/debit card details are secure. We use a 128 bit SSL Encryption secure connection direct to either Protx or Paypal secure payment processing systems. Your credit card detils are not stored on any of our systems.

(To check if a website is secure, the web address should start with https:// in an unsecure website the address would start with http://.  Also look out for the padlock emblem at the bottom of your browser, or at the right of the address bar).

Once we have received your order, we will endeavour to despatch the goods the same day, if the order is received by midday, or the following day for orders received after midday.

We use a next day delivery service for most of the UK, (out reaches maybe 2 days) for items upto 30kg. For items above 30 kg, we use a pallet delivery service. This is either next day, or 2-3 days, depending on the area and size of the pallet. The delivery company will have a vehicle equipped with a tail-lift to lower your order down to ground level and should be able to wheel it with their pallet truck to a convenient position for you. If you have any particular delivery instruction, please let us know at the time of placing your order.
